About Me
Hi, I’m Anna! I’m a User Experience Researcher at Cisco Systems and a graduate of the University of Michigan, where I obtained my BS and MS in UX Design and Research. As an active listener and creative at heart, my educational and career path in UX was natural.
Throughout college, I worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at Social Innovations Group and a UX Research Intern at Cisco Systems. While working as an undergraduate researcher, I compared working-class and middle-class experiences job searching during the COVID-19 pandemic and their coping strategies. Throughout my time working in the industry, I have refined my skillset in interviewing, usability testing, survey design, and communicating research insights across diverse groups of stakeholders.
